My background is 14yrs in Executive Search and my interest is good business. I have a passion for quantitative analytics in banking and trading and in founding eQuant I have created a consultancy based on core principles of Integrity, Commitment, Knowledge and Professionalism.

I never cease to be impressed by the caliber of talent we have in quant disciplines throughout Australia’s financial centres and universities , it makes my role providing first class advice and positive representation, all the more enjoyable.

In establishing eQuant my goal is to provide specialist career advice and a true understanding of the quant disciplines for banking & trading and couple this knowledge with positive ethics and integrity. What this means for you as a client or candidate is that your experience in job searching or hiring consumes minimal time, is more productive and ultimately is a positive experience every time you work with us.
